What is the shipping cost?

For your convenience, all orders include free shipping to the United States and Canada.

Where is my product being manufactured?

Rest assured that your product is being manufactured in the same country you live in (United States or Canada) so you will never be faced with unexpected customs, duties or fees, while also supporting an environmentally friendly supply chain.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most items take approx. 3-5 business days to be manufactured, after which they’re shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but most items take approx. 3-5 business days to be delivered. Note that we ship some things separately, like canvases and T-Shirts, so you'll get an email with tracking information every time any items of your order are shipped.

This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

What can I do to ensure smooth delivery?

Please double check (before you purchase) that you have entered your delivery address correctly. Also, check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. If there is a mistake in your delivery address, and delivery by the courier fails, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

It’s important that the address on each order is correct and properly formatted. Otherwise the order might not make it. For example, postal codes for Canadian addresses must be uppercase, and there should be a space between the first three digits and the last three. ZIP codes for American addresses are always five digits.

We will reship orders that get lost in transit free of charge, but keep in mind this will delay the time it takes for customers to receive their orders.

What’s the return/refund policy?

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper who fulfills orders as requested, one at a time. This being the case, we cannot offer returns or exchanges. But if there’s something wrong with your order (i.e. you received wrong or damaged items) please let us know ASAP and we’ll sort that out for you: info@SkyCandyAstronomy.com
